Re: Hawk Sebring Reveal

Hi Kev,

Good to see another Sebring version :-)

Why look the rear wheels so lost in the arches? What dimension have the rims and tires? Is it a shortened Jag rear end?

Anyway, a very special Sebring with FIA wheels.

Good luck with the IVA.

Cheers

Re: Help please

I have closed the holes with duck tape from the inside to avoid too much "dirty air"

Re: Help please

To make it more looking like original, sand down the front edge. Doesn't matter if GRP or aluminium, it was only max. 2 mm thick.

Re: Adaptor thread size

Sure, the movement is between the adapter and the wheel. No damage at the wheel where the adapter sits?

Re: Adaptor thread size

You can damage the inside of the wheel and the adapter maybe but you can't lose the wheel as long as the knock off spinner is tight.

Re: Adaptor thread size

Don't know your thread size. I made my own ones and they are M12. But what I know for sure is that they have glued in with permanent Loctite.

Re: Speedo drive Cosworth T5 gearbox

It's a bit tricky with the T5 box that was mounted to Cosworth engines and cars. If you look at the calculator you will see that the T5 box has usual 7-9 teeth driver. Not so the Cosworth box, it has only 6! With tyre size 245/60/15 I need 15 teeth for the speedo drive. But the Cosworth speedo drive...

Re: Speedo drive Cosworth T5 gearbox

Thanks. Will try the speedo drive I have now. If that doesn't work I'll try the other option.
