Adaptor thread size

Anybody know the thread size of these bolts that hold the adaptors to the wheels on an FIA?

L542 rear lights

I noticed the other day that one of my rear light lenses had cracked. Like a fool I decided to take them apart and superglue the lens together until I could order a new one... 94B3C765-3FC4-4E4B-9E13-B8D6A4432FF6.jpeg Needless to say, upon dismantling, the plastic lens was completely FUBAR’d and whi...

Re: Jerky clutch pedal

Thanks Stu,

Pretty sure there’s nothing loose in that department either. On my TR6 (fitted with a Rover V8) I used to get something similar. This was cured by relieving the edges of the release bearing release sleeve to enable it to move smoothly. I wonder if this is something similar?

Jerky clutch pedal

When my car gets hot, I’ve noticed the clutch pedal gets a bit jerky (sticky?) when I let it up from a standstill or pushing down when coming to a stop. It’s not awful but I was wondering what the cause might be. All other times, it’s lovely and smooth. If it gets jerky and I turn the car off, I can...

Fuel cap leak

I’d noticed a smell of petrol in left hand bends with an accompanying streaking of petrol stains on my car around the filler cap. I removed the filler cap and the inner tank filler to discover the rubber O ring was elongated 8AB105D4-80E3-4E55-A08D-4CC85D8AEFC2.jpeg Not sure if I had fitted it incor...
