Thanks Paul,

Though as preciously mentioned, this is now highly likely to be Saturday only, rather than Sunday.

Apologies - this must be like herding wasps.

Hi,

I have had confirmation that we have been allocated space and tickets for this event, which is great news. It looks like developing into a really nice event, so please make every effort to attend if you have already indicated that you will be there.
There is a waiting list for clubs wanting to attend with all available space now fully allocated, so we are fortunate to have been given an entry. However, if we get a disappointing attendance, it will almost certainly go against us next year if we want to attend.

As it is pretty close to me, I'll probably look at hosting another barbecue if enough people are interested.

Thank you,
Paul

Paul,

I wont be making it. Combination of things ... car problems, but mainly, it looks like I'm going to be in Dubai for 12weeks or so from the beginning of sept.

Paul

In my haste to get the car to Richard Hodson, I stupidly didn't take a photo of the goodies, so the next time we'll both see them, is bolted onto the car.

I ordered a turkey pan, Girling reservoir bottles, proper header tank, original shelby valve covers, trico square washer bottle (via Ebay) and an oil cooler. He'll also be repairing the 'patina' I added to my car last weekend too  and replacing my ignition barrel with an 'FS' type key. Can't wait to see it...

Car should be back next week...

Paul
Am I too late or is the entry list closed?
I will be there anyway, either Saturday or Sunday but not both.
Have added myself to the list with fingers crossed.

Hi Dave,

No, the entry list isn't closed, but we've already had one drop out so we will have some spare free tickets, so I'll put you down for those. I notice this is your first post, so welcome and I'm assuming you're a T289R member.
