Le Mans 2016 Classic Trip-which way over channel ?

Post by chriskcode »

So thinking about booking the ferry for the trip over next year.

What's your mode of transport over the Channel eg ferry, euro tunnel and if Newhaven-Dieppe ferry, as we are probably going to take, what day are you going out?

Hi Chris,
We'll be taking the Newhaven-Dieppe ferry on the Wednesday evening again. We'll probably be meeting up in Brighton for Fish & Chips again and you're very welcome to join us.

Paul,
Thanks and yes we'd like to join up with you. Not sure what car we'll be in yet...

Hopefully by then the permanent address will be in Bexhill, East Sussex and if in by early 2016 I'll get a chance to finish one of the 2 projects that I have on the go.....

Nicky and I will be catching the Wednesday overnight from Portsmouth to Caen for those that don't want to tackle the M25.

We do this route every time, getting a few beers, a good nights kip and a pleasant run in the morning.

Would be good if others wish to join us.

Dave.

Portsmouth/Caen is the route I've booked, but no 2 berth inside cabins left, so had to book a 4 berth outside!, bit pricier but not to much.
See you in the bar!!!

Excellent.

David, we are on the 10pm out of Portsmouth, and the 11pm back from Caen on the Monday evening.

Have booked already as somebody mentioned something about a football match of all things, so ferries likely to be busy.

Cheers.

Dave.
