How do the tape-users fix the curly AC badge on the boot? Just interested...
My car is not an AC so it doesn't have AC badges.

I stuck the tape to the back of the badge and then cut out the excess in the hollows of the 'A' with a scalpel before removing the backing. It's now been on for eight years and hasn't budged yet. In the attached picture you can just make out the foam tape under the badge.

Cheers, Clive.

(If I'm not here I'm in my workshop or on the golf course!)
