Hawk spare wheel well

Post by simonjrwinter »

Does this have to be fitted before the tank?
Just tried to put mine in and I’m buggered if I can get it in.......

From memory the wheel well is fitted before the tank. You will also need to fit the bracing bars for the seatbelt frame before fitting the tank.
Cheers, Clive.

I shortened the lip towards the back and fettled the hole a bit. I can now remove it with the tank in situe.
