This i a picture from the past. Checked just now: 160 mm to ground and 22 deg. As I have an oil cooler opening I need to go that low, perhaps you can manage with 200mm.
I just made the statement to show the UK fellows what we have to deal with!

Sprayed some black underseal to cover the GRP. And painted the sealed bumper intakes black to simulate holes.

He will give it a try again in the next few days.

Wiring is always a nightmare with a car like this, Migge. My loom is from Autosparks, built from a pattern of an original 1964 289 with cloth insulation etc. etc. I had to trace and sort every wire, extend a few, shorten others, add a couple here and there etc. etc. It's only going to be straightforward if you buy a replacement loom for a concours-accurate TR6 or similar production car.

looking very nice, though!!

Looking great Migge. Only 28 days to go! :P (Or should it be  )
Cheers, Clive.

(If I'm not here I'm in my workshop or on the golf course!)

Okay,

After painting the white meatballs I masked the 6mm our ring and put the numbers on. After the car was covered again I sprayed a few layers of black on the circles. At 02:00 h this mornig I became a hefty heart attack, gasping and anger  As I pulled the masking tape off the numbers the glue still sat on the white not on the tape where it should be. On top all the small black paint chips stuck on the glue. Now I have a problem :?
I'll see how to solve it.
