In the beginning I was not sure to use a anti rollbar. Never used one on the Magnum and it drove perfect. So I did not like to weld brackets on the lower wishbone. I made some brackets connectet to the shock bracket and the lower ball joint stud. If I don't like it I can dismantle it.

Later I can overlay it with alloy panels. Pics from the adapted Triumph GT6 anti rollbar (7/8") will follow.

It's a 7/8" Triumph GT6 anti rollbar I used. I have looked at many different anti rollbars, needless to say that no one had the size I needed. The GT6 bar was still the best option, although a little too short. At the ends it has 3/8" threads, so I used a 7/8" rod, made 3/8" threads at the ends and screwed them together, still not fitting to my rose joints. I had to bend the rod to get it. Then welded and cut to lenght. At the ends 1/2" thread for the rose joints and viola. Now I'm waiting for brackets and 7/8" bushes.

Personally I would prefer a more substantial way of fitting it to the chassis.
Cheers, Clive.

(If I'm not here I'm in my workshop or on the golf course!)

A tent to keep the working place warm and to keep the GRP dust and dirt at one place and not in the whole garage was a good idea someone mentioned at the last meeting :)

The engine was a bit too low in the chassis so I made new brackets to lift it up 1.5". Gearbox bracket was changed too. Now the sump has 3.5" space to the ground.

The brackets are removable to change again, perhaps.
