Back on the road

Post by simonjrwinter »

After paint ( thanks Nige) fitting back up, carpet fitting etc, MOT time today (it passed!) and tax an the out for a drive. The new jag rear axle means I’m taking it easy on the rebuilt diff but I’d forgotten quite what a blast this car is to drive. The carpets and underlay have turned it from a basic car into something altogether more luxurious and quiet, it now feels like a properly expensive sports car. LOVE IT .....

Well done Si, I bet you're chuffed to bits to get it on the road again, now go and drive the wheels off it 👍😎

Well done. No garages open here and no Mots for six months.
Cheers, Clive.

(If I'm not here I'm in my workshop or on the golf course!)
