For those of you that run Gerry’s IRS can I take a poll to see what spring rates you use, what damper spec you run (travel etc), and how you find the ride under different conditions. Just trying to understand options.

That’s what I hear. It should be better mated to the SBF than the current setup although we have done many happy miles on the MG rear.

I previously had a Rover 4.6 installed so the MG setup worked well. Always looking for that next project though

MGC to IRS so the whole nine yards

We MAY be taking at crossed purposes. The fixing kit I’m referring to is the main chassis mounting for the diff assembly. Nothing to do with brake mounts or anything like that.

Would it be any different Roger? For what I can see the kit attaches solely to the diff casing so the location of the callipers shouldn’t impact on the kit. I’ll take another look.

Ed provided a couple of cables. I need to take a closer look at what I’ve got and how the various brackets of Gerry’s fixing kit should be configured. Just three pieces of metal and a bag of bolts

Excellent. Fingers crossed.

This event seems to be provisionally still on.
Nicky and I are going along, possible attending the PCGB club stand.
Anybody else thinking of going along. One fix for the year!
