It's not to blank off the wrong handed steering column hole in the footwell moulding is it?

Do two of them clip into each of the ends of the hood frame rear stay?

Teeny clue - I'm talking about a 'showroom' street 289 as sold in the mid-sixties, not a car adapted for racing.

Do a pair of them cap the vertical round tubes of the rear bulkhead, where the diagonal tubes visible below meet?

Big prize to Bernie! ...except there isn't an actual prize.

Original front overriders had a backing to the upper half. On later cars, a 15/16" hole allowed access to the upper nut retaining the nudge bar (bumper). A chromed Hillman plug was used to close these off.
Rear overriders were open with no backing.
