How would one tell Original bumpers and overriders from reproductions..
Front and rear bumpers

The obvious bit is the material. Stainless was never used, only chromed mild steel.
Some overriders had backings, some didn't. Those with backings usually had a round access hole in the backing to get to the attachment nut - this hole had a Hillman plug (no relation to the Rootes Group) in chromed steel to plug it.
I wouldn't imagine there are many original bumper parts around that are still serviceable.

so apart from the material thats it on the bumpers?... No secret little makers stamp, thickness of the tubes O/D

I would have thought that yours would be the originals.
