Enzo Alibrandi, who started Finishline, died 2-3 years ago and for a while his wife kept things going. Then I believe the company was sold on, and seemed to flourish. I've only used them once since Enzo died so don't know what's happened recently.

Edit - just checked online, and Enzo actually died in 2011, and Paula eventually sold the company in 2014. Time passes quickly...

What has happened recently is that you send them money and get no acknowledgement of an order received, they do not respond to emails, and they do not answer the phone. Beware !

I just ordered some parts from finishline last Monday, took the risk given some of the comments.
The parts arrived today, so took 7 days, no issues with customs etc, was only $168 dollar order.

Parts are great and I couldn't see I could buy them from anywhere else, so very happy with the service.

Lucky guy. I never got my parts. Ordered July 2020 and emailed Taylor approx. 10 times. I'm done with that guy.
