Hi Jeff,
You need to set up an account such as Photobucket http://photobucket.com/ and download the picture yu want to there. One downloaded if you hover your cursor under the image four options appear. Left click on IMG Code to highlight the detals to the right of it. Right click on this and choose "Copy" then go to your thread on the 289 Register and then paste it in your reply. Simple.
