mot 3 point harness

Is a 3 point harness ok for mot. provided anchors are good?

Should be depending on the where they are fixed and the quality of the bolts or set screws used. I've got Willans 3 pointers. Floor straps mount directy to the chassis through the floor while the shoulder mount goes to a top hat insert welded into a cross piece on each roll hoop. They are T45 tubing mounted to a chassis cross member and both braced back into the boot and also fixed to the chassis. It was all put together by a bloke who did cages for Ford works rally cars at the time and has been through the MoT many times.
