Re: Painted my quicklifts….
I must admit, I do prefer them black. Mine were supplied ready painted.
Cheers, Clive.

I agree, I think they're better in black.

Re Quicklift Brackets - I assume they are functional on the Hawk chassis - Can somebody confirm? Was thinking about a T-Bar lift bracket that fits on to trolley jack…

Don’t think I’d like to lift my car up by them!

Re: Painted my quicklifts….
They attach to the over rider brackets which is basically screwed rod with chrome tubing so not useable in my opinion, although I did witness someone lifting a member’s car with them at the NEC a while back! It made me wince!
Cheers, Clive.

Re: Painted my quicklifts….
They could be made functional but the overrider bracket that bolts to the chassis would need to be replaced as it is only designed to hold the overriders and allow them to collapse on impact. I'd be more concerned about stressing the body where they protrude if the clearance holes aren't big enough to deal with the deflection of the quicklifts and improved bracketry.
