As you may have guessed from Baz's post, I'm trying to get an entry at this year's Classic. But it's way more expensive than I'm used to (£1100) although Wil is contributing in return for the shared drive. The other challenge is that our entry is put before a judging panel and we may well not get chosen. I'll keep you posted.

Wow!

That's a lumpy bit of cash for an opportunity to break your car!

I have wrecked engines, I have wrecked body work/suspension - it just seems appropriate for me! I pay around £100 in entry fees for sprints and hillclimbs - I think that is a lot.

I was out yesterday in my super reliable car and even though I did a pb in this car at my favorite track I was still off the pace; my potential world beating car is still sort of broken.

A bit last minute, I know, but is there anyone who has booked (or still needs to book) a weekend ticket (BOGOF) that only needs 1?
Dad & his wife can only attend on the Saturday, so that`s their ticket sorted, but leaves me paying full whack!

Anyone able to help?
Cheers,
Nik.

Just received my tickets. Different this year, only one ticket, not two as previous years and no in-field car pass.

I called the ticket hotline and they told me my ticket was an 'early bird' ticket and admits two people. Regarding the in-field car pass they said that the car club was organising that this year?

Anyone else have the same information and if so when/how is the club issuing in-field car passes? Seems iffy to me.
