T289R South East - 5th September - Biggin Hill and Shoreham museums

Post by John Coward » Fri Aug 21, 2020 11:03 am

All,

On 5th September, we are visiting two small museums in Kent with a Battle of Britain theme, as it is the 80th anniversary.
Join us in the Nightingale Café at the Biggin Hill Memorial museum at 10.00am, and visit the museum and St Georges Chapel. Then around midday, we have a short drive to Shoreham Village to see the Shoreham Aircraft museum, which also has a nice tea room and tea garden. Parking on Shoreham High Street is restricted, so we will use the public car park.

Face masks at the ready!

More details here in the Events Calendar:

Let me know if you are coming as I have to book a visitor slot at the Shoreham museum.

John
