It's Silverstone rather than See tickets who have mailed the link to download tickets. I had the mail yesterday and downloaded mine today. You get two tickets that are both for the days you have booked.

I have just received an email from Silverstone with planning tips and Code of Conduct. It also gives a link to enable you to download your tickets.
Cheers, Clive.

Still no email. No it’s not been in the junk folder either.
I have now rung the contact number but it’s a message only system.
Nik where was the ‘my bookings ‘ link. I couldn’t see it.
I assume you have to put in the order number advised previously with the 2020 email.
I don’t have an account with Silverstone.

Go here https://www.silverstone.co.uk/events/the-classic
Drop down menus top right, down the bottom (underneath “shop”) should find a my booking/my ticket area…

Thanks Simon, managed to find ‘shop’ but I’m not finding ‘my booking’ only merchandise.
My email to enquiries is really useful.
They offer to reply in 7 days!!
Any further advise would be much appreciated.

Couldn’t find my bookings only my account.
Finally managed to log in to ‘my account’ which says I have no active bookings.
This is probably because it was rolled over from the See Tickets system.
Not impressed at all.

Peter, did you not have a booking confirmation email when you booked your tickets?
Either last year or this.
You need your booking reference to download your tickets.
