Yes, we have an indoor area, and it would be great to have the Daytona! 😎

Given it's a special Cobra year - and because we've missed so much over the last couple of years - my philosophy is to get to as many events as possible!
Hi Howard. Are you still planning on going as we have space indoors for a handful of cars, as well as the outdoor Club area. 😎
Sadly, I'm not now able to make it. But I'll definitely see you at other events through the Summer (Silverstone etc.). Have fun.

So what did we think of Stoneleigh?
I enjoyed it, but its a shadow of its hey day.
I liked the look of the Dax Daytona.

There was a definite lack of trade stands and exhibitor numbers are down too, Sunday’s turnout was probably affected by the rain, although it wasn’t as bad as forecast.
Monday was busier, but is usually quieter!
I did enjoy the show, meeting many 289’ers old, new and returning!

The Club area in Hall 2 saw a fairly constant flow of visitors, thanks to Stu & Dave for setting up & stripping down!

Couldn’t see the Daytona. I assume it was with the indoor display.
What other cars attended. Looks like the Red one might be Byrons 289 and the silver one their Ace.
Any others?

This was the 289Register display, with Dave Tilson’s (Silver)Ace, my FiA & the Bevan’s Ace & 289,
The Daytona was on a trade stand opposite the Hawk Cars. 👍🏻

Don't have a pic, but it was this car, as featured in 2018.

Now showing some light patina around some of the chrome, and all the better for it imho.
Looked like a bit of a brute. And it had exactly the right colour i want to get my car painted in.
