Dave,
That looks very 1964. Many standard cars whose owners wanted to go racing did just that. Personally I think it needs to blend in a bit more with a small curve into the wing and perhaps a small curve at the outer edge. If you could build it up in fibreglass and give it a bit of substance it would work better. You could progress to the next step and make one and offer it up as you have the cardboard sample.

I notice you still have the separate rear indicators. I can recommend the LED rear lights by Spyida and then swop the separate indicator units for reflectors.

Yes, Dave I realise it's only a paper cut out but assuming that you will convert if to fibreglass maybe you can give some substance and blend it in a little. If it was the same shape in Ali I think it would look a bit of an add on and not intended bearing in mind the remainder of the car and it's curves.
