Welcome to the club! Glad you've joined - let us know if there's anything you need. The forum is a good place to start - quite a lot of knowledge around.

Well, Gerry messaged me back today with an updated price list….man have they gone up hahaha. But 20 month lead time is t too bad so I will put my deposit in next week and then chomp at the bit for 20 or so months hahaha. Also I’ve tried contacting ward engineering about his outboard brake rear end and haven’t heard anything back. Does anyone know a rough estimate of what he charges? Thanks again!

Great - did you go for aluminium or fibreglass body?

Components for the Jag back end with outboard brakes are getting scarce now. Especially if you want a 3.54 diff as per original.
You need to budget around 4.5k (it may well be more now) for a complete back axle with the work done. Expect it to take well over a year too so get your order in if you want him to do it. Having experienced many club owners with issues when they have gone elsewhere, you pay for what you get.
He's got plenty of work hence why he may not be the quickest in coming back.

+1 for Ed at Wards, top man and like Stu says, not an area you want to skimp on.
