Gearbox mounts

Post by Ian Gould »

Hello everybody, can anyone tell which rear mount I use for a triumph engine/ gearbox with an overdrive? There was a flat plate with 2 bends that came with the kit, I think bolts to the chassis then I guess a rubber mount bolts to that, but what rubber do I use?
Thanks. Ian

As with the engine mounts (which are Rover SD1 CRC2044) the gearbox uses a pair of Rover SD1 CRC454
(now superseded by CRC454A No idea what the difference is).
They are widely available.
These bolt to “the flat plate with two bends” that Gerry supplied.
