Try Faulkner Springs. 01243 543049 located down near Chichester. Extensive stock.
Suggest taking one or two of the old ones so they could test them to see whether they really are 400.
I replaced my fronts which were bottoming out and supposed to be 250 but tested at 220.
They supply big rally teams etc where springs need to be used in identical pairs so are high quality and guaranteed to be the same as every spring on the shelf of that size/ rating.
Please note they are not on an industrial site but work out of a warehouse in the owners garden.
I found them very helpful.
