Snakes Alive

Post by Migge »

The new Cobra replika book "Snakes Alive" is out and Peter Filby has written a very informative and entertaining book (nearly 400 pages with many many pics) about the UK based companies who were involved with Cobra replicas from the start: The Dax Cobra, Dax Tojeiro, Ram SC, Python Roadster, BRA 289, Brightwheel Viper and Southern Roadcraft SR V8. 2020 will come out volume 2 to give additional information: Gardner Douglas, Hawk Cars, AK Sports Cars, Crendon Replicas, Pilgrim etc.

And guess which Cobra is in with 3 pics :-)

Well done!

Shame Hawk aren't in there - although was Gerry still at BRA in the 1980s?

Andrew, Guess you just will have to wait and buy vol 2 next year for Gerry’s handiwork.
Migge, that must make you infamous. Actually I quite like that handle.
A reputation for turning out a wonderful looking replica with endless exact details.
