Exciting eh? And now with “composite” bodies (glassfibre).
Apparently the owner of the AC has an alleged “reputation” for not delivering on his promises (or so I’ve read)
Such a shame, it just tarnishes AC car’s reputation.
The 2.3 may be a hell of an engine......but not in a Cobra.

Given the number of outfits who have got licenses to the AC moniker over the last 10 years or so, I find it confusing who's who.
So this outfit are based in Norfolk
https://www.accars.eu/contact-us/

- no connection to Thames Ditton or AC Cars of Weybridge or Camberley?

So I am assuming this is just another licensing franchise?

I am surprised they can use the word 'Cobra' - or perhaps they have struck a deal on that as well.
I think they were selling a high price tagged white 427-shaped car on ebay a few months ago, shown in the link above.

Even the “standard” offering from them has a glassfibre body and Chevy engine......so sort of like a very expensive Dax......😳

Kevin, after the bank called time on AC Autokraft, Alan Lubinsky purchased AC ‘in toto’
So production continued at Brooklands for a time, before moving to Frimley, then briefly Normandy(UK), from where they decamped to Malta, and touting a move to Connecticut, ended up in Germany. No ‘other outfits’ have had the AC name*, and it appears they have the right to use the term “AC Cobra” everywhere except North America.

I have followed AC’s modern history closely, and on that basis, don’t expect the highways to be flooded with Electric Cobras. 💀

Thanks Nick.
There was a particularly bad looking car about 10 years ago claiming to be an AC made by 'Iconic' I think.
I thought that must have been a licensed product?

-noticed the pics seem to show an exhaust pipe, no under-bonnet view and the dashboard pics do not seem to show the rejig needed for an e-Cob.

The pictures show very cheap looking seats for a 130K car.
I have Hawk seats in my...er....Hawk and they are properly comfy👍

If it was April 1st?
Those pictures are just of a stock Cobra.
they could have at least have Photo-shop'd out the exhaust system.
