Tonight, 9pm, More4, new series of Warplane workshop!
Well worth watching!

Thanks Simon that was good viewing. I was a bit surprised they didn’t appear to do any high speed taxi runs to check everything before the actual test flight. Preflight testing appears to gave just been an engine warm up and checking for leaks.
I thought that every aircraft needs a certificate to fly so who issues that?
I’ll look forward to next week’s episode.

I suspect coverage of large sections of the testing/certification process are skipped for televisual continuity. I’m sure they have very thorough procedures.
