I think you are going to have a hard time meeting that request.
Hawks (and Crendons) rarely come up for sale, but when they do, they are invariably top dollar for top spec.
I have never seen an abandoned project/shabby project car. Far more likely to find a Pilgrim in that state.

You might get lucky with an old BRA perhaps.
