Bridlington “Race the Waves”

Backfire Promotions Race the Waves is a unique event within the UK motoring calendar and is returning to the Bridlington sea front. The event now takes place over 4 days.
The main event: ‘A Theatre of Automotion’ will take place on Bridlington South Beach on Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 April where American and vintage style hot-rod vehicles and motorcycles will Race the Waves along the South Beach in pairs from a flagged start.
This is a great event for photographers to capture incredible pictures of American hot-rods on the beach. Keep the atmosphere going by dressing up in period clothes.
A number of stalls (food/beverage/merchandise) will be situated on the promenade near the Yorkshire Water Pumping Station (below South Marine Dr).
